I want to write my own terms
You can entirely write your own terms and info the buyer will see:
- Login
- Go to my account
- Click on 'Edit info for buyers'
- At the bottom, select 'use "other info" only'
- Type your desired information into the 'Other Info' box
- Submit
We've been working hard at improving the appeal of the website to buyers and one key area is making the buying process more convenient and streamlined. When a buyer wishes to make an enquiry, they can use the 'order' link* under your work which then presents them with an order form. On this page they can choose their preferred payment method, enter their address and contact details plus they'll be able to see your terms and conditions and the details of the artwork they are enquiring about.

We've made some importabt changes to make buying from the site much easier:
- Special order form for making purchase enquiries
- Optional user accounts for buyers, autofill of personal details on order form
- Saving artwork/artists as favourites
- See artwork to scale

You can specify a number of details about your terms of sale and provide helpful information to help reassure buyers.
You will need to fill out the 'info for buyers section' to take advantage of this feature.

Seller Protection
We have implemented features to provide a greater degree of security and peace of mind for artists displaying their work on the site.
- Spam/Fraud message filter - people who try and send the same message to everyone on the site will be blocked
- Buyers encouraged to register - buyers are encouraged to register with the site, thus giving a greater degree of trust.

How to see comments on my work?
- Login
- Go to my account
- Click on 'Comments on my work'
You can now receive feedback and additional exposure to your work with the new comment system. Registered users of the site can make comments on your work and subject to your approval they will be posted underneath your image. NB you can delete unwanted comments and they aren't published until you approve them.
Comments appear under artwork
It's always nice to have feedback on your creations, but even better favorable comments will make your work appeal more to viewers and buyers a like, plus your images will gain additional exposure and be listed in the 'recent comments' section. So if you've had some good feed back in the past from friends and past buyers, then encourage them to logon to the site and leave their mark!

Increase Your Exposure
Encourage your admirers and past buyers to logon to the site and 'favour' you and your work. This will contribute to your exposure on the site.
All users of the site can add artists and artwork to their 'favourites', for instance a buyer may be consindering several of your works so they can keep a note of them for future reference.
Artwork and artists that have been favoured appear in the 'popular' lists, so it boosts your profile on the site. In addition the people favouring you or you work are listed on your corresponding pages.
You can add/remove a favourite by clicking the 'add/del favourite' icons:

The new version of the site has also been redesigned to be able to support multiple languages, locations and currencies so you can better reach overseas customers - watch this space as the localisation is completed.
